MR35 type STATIC FINE SCREEN “TAMISTATIC”, is a suitable solution to several cases where a liquid-solid separation is required in a continuous process, without using energy or an operator, so solving a difficult problem is easier.
Operation:
Solid loaded effluent enters at the rear, filling the inlet chamber and causing an overflow disposing waste at the top, which falls via gravity along the screen where the water is filtered and the solids are retained at the bottom. Owing to the weight of the actual solids, they are discharged automatically towards the inside of a container, basket, conveyor belt, etc.
The water, once clean of waste, is collected in a bucket with a drainage piping outlet. This means that where desired, it is possible to recover the particles that have mixed with the liquid and that are larger than mesh size, so that they can be used subsequently.
Installation:
Very easy, as it does not require any public works.
The effluent to be treated can reach the “TAMISTATIC” via gravity or by pumping. It is only necessary to connect the inlet piping, and the outlet piping for screened liquid.
