MR08D type GREASE CONCENTRATOR WITH TANK. Single block unit, with the grease scavenging device installed at the top of the metal tub.
Unit designed to remove the greases and floating matter found on the surface of the water in the enclosure, generally originating from a de-sanding-grease removal, decanting process, etc.
It is based on a system of two conveyor chains that move scrapers that perform the surface scavenging with the corresponding grease discharging.
Description and characteristics:
Tank: Metal tank made from stainless steel plating. Acts as a support for all the translation elements. Equipped with a deflection screen, discharging ramp and inlet, outlet and draining tubes.
Drive unit: Consist of a motor reducer unit and a drive axle that activates a set of wheels, which engage with two side conveyor chains to which the surface scavenging scrapers are attached.
Surface scrapers: Made from stainless steel plating, on which adjustable sections of flexible material are mounted, so that they adapt well to the sides of the enclosure and the discharging ramp.
