MR03-47 type WALL GATE Design to be anchor on wall in a frontal way by expansion bolts. Both water directions are valid for this Gate.
Wall Penstock Characteristics:
Frame, steel constrution in welded stainless profile, with low density polythene slipping guides as to reduce the friction coefficient.
Panel, steel slide with reinforcement ribs according to dimensions. Four sides sealing by special “V” elastomer sections.
Stem, trapezoidal threaded stem according to standard DIN 103 and warping dimension by the “W” method.
Slide moved by NON rising stem.
Actuator pedestal, built in carbon and stainless steel.

Operating bronze nut.
Manual, via PAG handwheel with fiberglass 300 mm diameter with ball bearings to absorb the axial effort.
Motorised, via servomotor with clutch sysytem for manual emergency drive, with limit and torque switches. Optional servomotor adjustment by 4-20 mA signal.
