MR03-46 type CHANNEL GATE.Design to be anchor in open channel with concrete embedded frame. Both water directions are valid for this Gate.
Channel Penstock Characteristics:
Frame, steel constrution in welded stainless profile, with low density polythene slipping guides as to reduce the friction coefficient.
Panel, steel slide with reinforcement ribs according to dimensions. Three sides sealing by special “V” elastomer sections.
Stem, trapezoidal threaded stem according to standard DIN 103 and warping dimensión by the “W” method.
Slide moved by NON rising stem.
Actuator:
Operating bronze nut.
Manual, via PAG handwheel with fiberglass 300 mm diameter with ball bearings to absorb the axial effort.
Motorised, via servomotor with clutch sysytem for manual emergency drive, with limit and torque switches. Optional servomotor adjustment by 4-20 mA signal.
