In the blasting area, the panels are protected by black, anti-abrasive rubber which protects the sheet and at the same time muffles impact noise.

It is lit from above with 400w metal halogen lamps which are protected by temperate glass panes and wire nets

AIR CLEANING SYSTEM

It is carried out by means of horizontal cartridge filtering airing with counter pressure cleaning, which is in compliance with the environmental CE regulations.

The process of changing the filtering cartridges is carried out in the clean air chamber, thus avoiding handling the cartridges in the dirty air chamber.

BLAST POT

It is built in compliance with current legislation and comes together with it corresponding CE certificate. It is fitted with a remote control which includes stop and go functions, lifeguard and automatic loading from the silo. .

ABRASIVE LOADING SYSTEM.

The mechanic sleeping allows continuous work without worrying about the abrasive loading of the pot.

This system recovers, treats and carries all the abrasive to the silo, ensuring a non-stopping work cycle.

The DAGA system works SMOOTHLY AND SILENTLY, which guarantees its long life.

The civil works are the most reduced in the market as they only require 10 cm+ grille thickness (14 cm from mark 0) in the collecting area, plus a 10x80 cm cross stretch for the crossing conveyor and elevator , which allows various options with the minimum civil work.
